HIDDEN MAKEUP BRAND-W7 COSMETICS

4/19/2015

SURPRIIISEE!
Its me, I'm back! I didn't forget about blogging things have been hectic, I have been stuck writing loads of essays, and having very little spare time which is annoying because my blog has suffered.
But, I'm back because I have discovered a hidden gem of a brand, W7.

Before I get into the post, I have started a YouTube channel and I would love to do a "getting to know me" video, so if you would post your questions in the comments (can be literally ANYTHING),
I would be so grateful, and if theres anything you want to know in the way of beauty, fashion, personal or anything else, I will answer in my video.

Right, now onto W7. This is a gem of a brand who sell great makeup online. I actually first found out about them at the Clothes Show Live last year, they sold some really great quality makeup at low prices, so I stocked up on their "Smooch" line. Here is their website before I forget: www.w7cosmetics.co.uk

This time around, I was looking for a great bronzer and luckily W7 had a great dupe of the new Chubby Stick Bronzer by Clinique. This is really easy to apply either straight on my face, or onto my brush first and has great colour payoff but is not orangey, its a natural bronze! Loveellyy :) I actually don't even use my powder bronzer now, I use this! It goes on as a creme but in my opinion it gives the finish of a really pigmented powder. It is slightly more dewy than a powder actually which I love.

W7 do amazing eyeshadow palettes! Im really not used to wearing much colour on my eyes, my eye makeup can be fairly boring. But this palette is great because it has some purple toned shades but also the brown and creme shades I always wear.

I am so bad at eye makeup but this palette was so easy to use that I managed to create a really lovely smokey eye look. I did keep my eye makeup minimal because...well i hate overdoing it. I think it was so easy because they were not overly pigmented so a tiny bit does not make a massive mess, the shades are very buildable (is that a word?!) you know what I mean haha!

So, I hope you liked this cheeky review of some W7 product I have tried. Have you tried W7 products? If not I highly recommend them! See you soon and sorry again for not posting for agesss! I will do better in the future, I promise.

Remember to leave your questions for my "getting to know me" video on YouTube! Can literally be ANYTHING, the weirder the better! If I choose your question I will mention your name and blog, so remember to leave them both in the comments!

Em xx

*although I was sent these products, I chose to review them because I love them and have been a long-time fan of the W7 range.

  8. I don't think W7 gets enough hype in the blogging world - they're great brand and do have some lovely products that are great dupes for higher end brands! :)
